We offer training programs such as diversity, equity and inclusion to raise awareness among community members and promote enjoyable work, involving the organization in community initiatives aimed at the Afro community, such as mentoring programs, sponsorship of events or non-profit collaborations that work on issues related to racial equity.

To offer our organization and the different communities around us, we provide accessibility to educational material, such as academic materials and documents that address the struggle of racism, the history of Afro communities and struggles for them, at the same time events where a variety of topics can be covered from the history of racism, to strategies to promote inclusion, talks where personal experiences related to racism are shared to encourage open and constructive dialogue on sensitive topics, we also develop training programs on diversity, inclusion and racial equity for our members.

Primarily, it must be understood that systemic racism goes beyond police brutality. Systemic racism exists in banking, educational and even business structures. Taking this into account, the first support must be a statement against racism and support for black colleagues and colleagues in any field.
Petitions and political commitment should be the next steps, the protests and peaceful revolutions of our community have had more weight in the government sectors and it is a duty to continue strengthening our empowerment
